Sure, but that is, as you say, a monopole _moment_ (and higher moments 
exist).  Not _a monopole_, which is invariably what the original poster 
was talking about.

And, moreover, he was talking about "gravitomagnetic monopoles," which 
don't exist when there isn't a "gravitomagnetic charge."
