Planck Dive? He's got the complete text online at

along 
with a bunch of information about the physics behind the story. It's set 
in the same universe as Dias****a, but other than sharing copies of some 
of the characters isn't connected to the plot of the novel.

On the one hand, IIRC the experiment in Planck Dive is pretty cool. A 
computer with simulated researchers running on it is dropped into a 
black hole, operating at a high subjective timeflow rate for the 
researchers so they've got the op****tunity to study their surroundings, 
and as it proceeds inward toward the singularity they start discovering 
ways to crank their clock speed even higher to give themselves more 
time. On the other hand, it's not really much of an experiment since no 
provision is made (or even theoretically possible) for the falling 
computer to send a re****t back out again. So it's more a work of 
performance art than it is science. :)
