Not really.  The stupid costs of reaching high relativistic gamma
is reason enough to consider other solutions.

The popular solution is "cold sleep" or "hibernation".  The idea
is to freeze the body for however many years it takes to get
where you're going and then to revive it when you get there.
This involves medical voodoo/magic/magitech, but it does not
involve stupid amounts of energy to pump up relativistic gamma.

Another alternative is to assume the problems of aging have been
solved.  This also involves medical advances which may or may
not be easy or possible, of course.

Other alternatives involve assuming the traveler isn't a biological
homo sapiens, or the "traveler" is copied at the destination, but
I assume these are ruled out implicitly by your stipulation of
"physical travel".
