My first idea for a reply to the original question was to simply let
the
victims turn into goo from the g-forces and then "repair" the damage
at the destination.  The god-like aliens could even carefully label
each
and every little quark and electron to make sure they get constructed
back together in the right order.

But that flippant suggestion seems to go against the spirit of the
desired effect.

Also, there are nagging questions about whether the resulting being
is the same person as the one who got visciously murdered earlier.
Me?  I'd rather not have my molecules scrambled around the
universe by some contraption.  Maybe these god-like aliens have a
similar philosophy about continuity of identity.
