Its better in that it actually kinda works; no filters, it wraps quotes in
ways that are quite frankly insane, and generaly is a pain in the ass.
But yes, it is better than Google Groups.

I personaly dispise OE, as do a lot of folks. But Dennis Richie 
(Inventor of C, and co-author of Mutics and Unix) uses it. 

But then, Dennis Richie is smart enough to work around its breakage,
and it's broken in known, and fixable ways.
