More accurately I am speaking of the 'Windows Mail' app that comes with 
Vista. I actually took the time to locate the custom dictionary.

 Cripes! On! A! FREAKIN! CRUTCH! Why in Sam Hill would they put it in
buried 
deep in a hidden sub-sub-sub directory where you have to go look for it 
instead of just putting access to it in tools or options like they used
to??

 The best part is when you try to open it Windows 'doesn't recognize' what

type of  file it is and asks you what application to use. Windows doesn't 
even recognize its own files!

 My last gripe: why does Mail/OE arbitrarily, capriciously and repeatedly 
default/revert to overwrite instead of insert?
