I don't see the other candidates as being particularly strong on the
economy. Besides any President is going to be weak in some areas. The
question is are they smart enough to find good people that are strong
in the areas that they aren't, and will they listen to them. If they
can do that then it's all good. Obama talks a good game of listening
to other people so he might do well at that. McCain has made a history
of working with people from all sides so he should be good at that.
Hilary, I don't know if she will be good at that or not. Her husband
did well at it, but I don't know about her since her first pass at it
(the national health care plan) didn't go over well.

We will likely have soldiers in Iraq for 100 years. That's not any
different from our bases in Saudi Arabi or South Korea. It does not
mean we will be fighting in Iraq for a 100 years. Personally, I think
we will end up having soldiers in Iraq for many years no matter who
gets elected but the other candidates don't want to admit that's
likely the case.
