I did the math. It's right here in this very post. His proposal adds a
negligible amount to what is already  being spent on education, and
there isn't that much in the NASA budget even if you take it all. What
kind of voodoo arithmetic allows you to subtract 100 from 17 and get
anything but more deficit?
