You still conveniently refuse to explain how you pull 100 billion from a
17.3 billion dollar NASA budget.

As for his school initiative, I thought it was pretty damn specific what
the
money was to be spent on.  A major emphasis is to provide a better start
for
students through early education, which is primarily what this portion of
total funding is earmarked for.

For your information he has been quite specific about his plans.  Nice try
to obfuscate and attempt to oversimplify a very important issue.  One that
holds far greater importance than travel to Mars...as exotic and popular
as
that adventure may be.  Let's educate that next generation first.  If you
think there are no problems with our educational system, I would suggest
you
educate yourself about how wew are doing compared to other countries.
