Er, other than CPU cooling by fan, the laptop would be unaffected by
hard vacuum.
And even then, it would take a few minutes at full CPU load to
overheat the CPU.

But, yeah, most electronics take advantage of convection cooling, even
without a fan.

But "explosive decompression" is a term to indicate loss of atmosphere
in a rush; since a laptop is not pressurized, it is the wrong term.
