Proving them genuine while keeping your abilities secret would be 
difficult, since nobody else can check whether the probes are still in 
place. Also, it'd probably technically be theft. :)

Perhaps a better way for a space-capable super to earn money would be in 
the satellite launch business. In theory, you could even keep your 
abilities secret and do it in a "no questions asked" manner (put up a 
demo satellite broadcasting advertisements for your service first, to 
prove that you can do it). You wouldn't get reputable customers that 
way, but I'm sure there are plenty of governments and organizations that 
would love to get something launched on the sly. You have the advantage 
of being able to put stuff in orbit almost undetectably.
