Take two synchronized clocks, with one person walking through a zone
and one person walking around. On the other side, they're not
synchronized. For a suitable time that is smaller than "enough". I'm
assuming here you want to do this with very primitive technology,
because you're going to have to violate a bunch of well known physics
to get this to work.
