On a mildly serious note, can we ever get to a stage where executives
make sure every show has an ending?
I have hundreds of DVDs, and I still buy them - but now I never buy a
series which has no ending. So if 4400 has an ending, I will eventually
buy the lot. Same for Smallville. I will be buying the last season of
Alias, because I know it finishes!
