Culp played Bill, not Ralph. I'd agree that Ferrell is not too old for
Bill. Lessee ... William Katt was 30 (and looked younger) when the
show started. As you say, Culp was 51. Will Ferrell turns 41 in July.
Ferrell splits the difference, but he looks older.
