No, he killed three and was staking out the apartment for the fourth.
When Sara, John fled the apartment after opening the safe, the fourth
was watching them leave in the alley. They showed the barcode tattoo
but no face, making me believe it may be a female.
Since Cameron knows who they were, she should know who the missing one
is when the time comes.
Speaking of Cromartie, how did his severed head travel with them with no
flesh covering? It can't have sat on the side of the road for 8 years
anymore than the body would have gone unnoticed in the Bank rubble and
sit in a scrap yard for 8 years. When the body, with no visual sensors,
came to life it had no flesh and found it's way to the head. There was
a face under the hood, but no head? Explain that, too, please.
So, not only is Cromartie looking for them, but that unnamed Terminator
is out there, too.
