Also everyone else who was struck by her blast was instantly knocked back 
and/or down and out of the center of the wave.  Though Clark intially 
staggered back a couple steps he stood in the blast a rather long time by 
comparison before taken to the ground.  Still I don't think he should've 
bled from it.   Though not on Smallville, Kal-el has been ground zero in 
nuclear blasts and flown through stars, I'm sure the pressure from both of

those would be more then the Canrary's sonic blast.
