Seasons 3 and 4 (with the exception of the badly-handled season enders 
in both cases) weren't bad. I really liked the arcs involving the 
Vulcans and the Andorans. This was what the show was supposed to be 
about: exploring the cultures of some of our allies. It's surprising 
that no one thought about doing that before.
