Making her a witch didn't pose any more problem than making Buffy a
Slayer,
or Anya a Vengeance Demon, or Spike a vampire, or Dawn the Key.  Now,
making her the most powerful witch in the western hemisphere... (and there
must be one really scary witch in the eastern hemisphere)
