Yes, he is as the promo said they would reveal another Oceanic 6 in this 
episode and the only person other than Ben we see in a flash forward is 
Sayid. While Ben may have been able to put himself on the plane's 
manifest as he seems to be able to do almost anything that would serve 
little purpose. Ben can go to a from the island at will and that is what 
is shown in revealing the room, the clothes, and the pass****ts.
