I agree with everything you wrote. Can I add that the plots really
sucked, the bad guys weren't interesting, the motivations made no sense,
the missions she went on had no need for her involvement, and the story
about her creation as a conspiracy led by her dead boyfriend was
utterly illogical.

The show's only redeeming quality was that it was so awful it was loads
of fun to talk about.
