A) DSL and UVerse are not available at my location.

B) My cable service has been fairly reliable.  I have had as much
outage time from other tenants in the building disconnecting me (in
order to illegally connect themselves) as I have from Charter
problems.

C) That said, if UVerse were available here, I'd try that in a
heartbeat.
