Not all third-world countries are broke. She sold them primarily for 
those countries' "official" airlines or government jets. We're talking 
y'know, Panama, Belize, Ecuador - okay, they're kinda on the border of 
the definition of "third world." But she also sold a couple for use as 
emergency power generation.
