No, because Ben also survived rescue, or otherwise escaped the island.
Ben is not one of the Oceanic Six.  If Ben's escape from the island had
not been covered up, the name of the people who escaped from the island
would not be "Oceanic Six".

Who is doing the coverup and who is being duped and why, we still don't
know.  But "Oceanic Six" plus Ben Linus off the island means coverup,
and we knew that much last week.
