No I believe it is Claire's baby. It all depends on how long they were on 
the island ultimately and how much time between the rescue and Kate's 
trial. I don't think they had the trial within weeks of the rescue. The 
public could see that as being cruel no matter what Kate supposed to have 
done (remember, while we did see Kate do those things as far as the 
public is concerned it is still innocent until proven guilty and utting a 
new mother on trail after doing all those heroic things-I am sure Jack 
told the story repetedly to the press-and she claiming abuse by her 
father as the reason for killing him the prosecution would like to have 
gone slow. So, it could had been months perhaps as much as a year or more 
between rescue and Kate going to trial, long enough for Aaron to just 
begin to talk and even for Kate to be pregnant.

Alternatively Aaron was so old because of the time dilation thing. To the 
rest of the world, the people on the island was there for over a year 
while only a few months past on the island from the Losties POV. Or it 
could be a combination of the two, time dilation and the slow preperation 
for trial to account for Kate's pregnancy and having Aaron grow.
