That is the risk SGC take when they allow 'natives' to join. I am sure
they 
are aware of it, just as I am sure they realise the advantage of having 
Teyla et al outweighs the small risk of them becoming a security risk.

As I said in my other post, Teyla's situation is different from that of
the 
Stargate personnel. Sam could have said what you have suggested but, given

the situation, she would have known it would have been futile.  As I see
it, 
she used her judgment not to get heavy-handed with Teyla; it's what I
would 
have done.  I am sure Teyla knows who the boss is. :-)
