Not that I'm aware of. Back around the time it was first airing in
the UK, a couple of paperback novelizations were released (likewise
in the UK). I got my hands on those, and wanted to see the show
ever since.

The entire series (two seasons, eight episodes each) has been
seeded at UKNova, a private BT tracker. I haven't looked to see
if it's appeared at any others.
