Steven, with all due respect...

After 3-plus seasons of this -- as compelling and dazzling as 'Lost' can
be 
at times -- would you really be shocked  if it turned out the producers
told 
some fibs or broke some promises somewhere along the way?

'Lost' is an excellent show with a unique story-telling structure. But I 
seriously doubt that even at this relatively late stage, the producers
know 
precisely where they're going.

They may know how it ends, but I doubt they have a precise plan for how to

get there. After all, they still have 2-3 more seasons to screw around
with.
