It had nothing to do with advertising, it had to do with the fact that 
they had 22 episodes of show to fill and about 5 episodes of plot. The 
fault rests solely on the writers.

It'll fail again and you'll get a lot of pissed fans again who were 
counting on them to FINISH THE STORY!
