I didn't finish watching the season finale yet, but there were very
tiny hints of emotional interest growing between John and Cameron.  He
was stroking her hair while she was unconscious.

It seems Cameron is pretty clueless about that sort of thing but very
much wants to learn more.  In one scene she extended her hand to John
to be touched.

If John has zero feelings toward Cameron (despite her being a
machine), he's missing a soul.  Let's face, humans do feel affection
for machines; watch someone lovingly polish their car or say goodbye
to an old car being sold.  Lots of people name their cars.

Further, after escaping dangerous situations, it is natural to bond.
I'm surprised John wouldn't want to at least hug Cameron.

Let's face it, normal guys would see Cameron as an op****tunity to...
well we can't say in a family newsgroup.

While Cameron's body is what the builders gave her, her clothing is
her own choice.  She doesn't _have_ to wear tight micro-minis or low
hung pants and tank tops.  Probably in her line of work athletic wear,
like plain sweats, would be best and certainly in teen style.  A key
to being a spy is being bland and inconspicuous, by dressing hot
Cameron is calling attention to herself.  In real life, or at least in
real teen movies, the ego jocks would've noticed her and be hitting on
her, then trying to be the one to 'tame' her.  Not exactly good for a
low profile mission.
