I guess it depends on what it is they 'did'.  If they have the ability to 
restore people to immortality (independent of other factors), then yes, 
there could be lots of others.  If they can only restore people who have
yet 
to find true love, then maybe not many people fit that category to begin 
with and only this particular joker fails to find true love for hundreds
of 
years afterwards?  They did say he was unique in that there was only 'one 
one true love' for him.
