Exactly.. Human brains don't store "movies" inside either.   I think
it would be difficult to come up with a better way to represent this.
Obviously, the terminator's brain does not need to store every frame
of everything it ever sees, just as our brains do not need to either.
I would imagine the CPU (which appearently contains a memory core too)
probably can sotre a lot of data, but even a terminator can't store
every piece of visual information it is exposed to.

I also got the impression that maybe John has to write some kind of
software codec to even be able to view the information and his
software may have been very buggy too. He didn't exactly have a lot of
time to develop it.
