I give it a 3.  Liked it, didn't love it.  Was disappointed actually
because 
I look forward to Juliet centric episodes and this was a weaker one.

I didn't realize it was call the Tempest.  I thought they were saying
Temple 
which I think is supposed to be where all the other Others were heading. 
So 
I thought we'd see some of them again.

I agree with another poster about the exchange between Claire and Locke. 
She did make a lot of sense.
