The same jokes get told with many different punchlines. The same
punchline serves many different jokes. I've heard the joke that ends
"a good start" told about lawyers, doctors, highway planners, and
symphony conductors.
I thought this scene in "New Amsterdam" was brilliantly conceived,
written, and played, and it won me over to show all by itself.
