The syndication package ruined it by insisting on running the episodes
in haphazard order. They even ran the two-parter with David Warner
backwards.

I liked it, mostly, seemed very PKD-ish with its focus on memory and
personality. The use of traditional police cliches cracked me up, the
totally modern city, but the police station in Barney Miller's building.
