The point was that Bruce Willis's character was at the center of events
too, but he was wrong about his own historic role, thinking that it was
his influence on the industrialist's son.

Heh. I don't recall Bruce Willis expressing his belief in causality.

It's a good movie, one of the best thing's Willis has ever done. I
suppose it's taken years for a substantial number of people to have seen
it, as almost no one saw it in the theaters. I don't recall the movie
being advertised when it was released.
