This reminds me of Carter's analysis of repliCarter's proposal on SG1.
The problem is that if Juliette is lying then she is probably doing it
for a reason.  Sun may well be worse off staying on the beach; we just
don't know why yet.  Perhaps Juliette has promised Widmore ready access
to an on-island-conception pregnancy in return for a ride.

This question would be applicable if Juliette were offering a way off
the island and Sun did not want to leave.  But neither is the case.  Sun
does want to leave the island and Juliette has no means to effect this.
Juliette wants to prevent Sun and Jin from leaving the beach and joining
Locke's group, a move that might improve the chance of rescue for
everybody.
Juliette has cleverly conflated leaving the beach with staying on the
island.

If Juliette is so concerned with Sun's health why didn't she work to
impress upon Faraday and company the urgency of getting Sun off the
island?
For that matter, why didn't she make the problem known so that Sayid
might have considered taking Sun on the helicopter instead of a dead body?
Why did she save her histrionics for Jin?  Why hasn't she suggested the
simple solution of an abortion?
