I think that depends on your timeframe.  The studios are reaching deeper
and 
deeper in to their libraries for TV series to distribute on DVD.  Anything

that they think they can earn a penny on will eventually be released, 
they're just doing the slightly less obviously profitable stuff first. 
(The 
Obviously Profitable having already been released. :P )
