Yes, they are.  My point was that some standards of business practices
would 
suggest that it is 'unfair' to offer a product for sale at vastly
different 
prices depending upon the customer.  Clearly, the mega-corps have gotten 
around that issue when it comes to the relation****p between the studios
and 
the networks.
