Possible.  Maybe the writer of the article mistakenly does that, and
then maybe the writer or a fact checker looks up Max Shuster and
sees the maxshuster.com photography site.  So it gets by the fact-
checking stage too.

Or maybe there wasn't even a fact-checking stage and it's just
NY Times standards continuing to tumble.
