They had a mention of the actors generally at the beginning, and a "their
work speaks for itself" comment on the writers. Most of the specific
mentions are for directors, supervising and technical production people
and on through to their agent, with a specific mention of the old WB
network as well.
The lack of studio (Warners) and new network (CW) love in their letter is
apparent, and the "work speaks for itself" comment on the writers clearly
invites the kind of derisive response that's received online. Some are
also claiming there's been actor discontent building for some time, and
that that's ONE of the reasons why Warners and The CW basically
****ged Gough & Millar out the door. So the letter is a bit cool to the
cast, but most dismissive of the studio and network and the committee
of writer puppets they've put "in charge".
