They lost one star simply because I think the Cult of Gaius
has got to be one of the stupidest ideas I've ever seen.
It was only tolerable because when I saw the red walls,
candles, fla****ng lights and "harem", I laughed and thought:
"Well, Ron Moore, there's YOUR equivalent of the 'casino
planet' that you derided as unrealistic."

The whole episode gave me the feeling of "reset to before
the lame Season 3" and had an undertone of desperation
to regain lost viewers particularly when they quickly
dispatched the now infamous "All Alone the Watchtower" bit
by one of the "new" Cylons saying something about since
the song served it purpose maybe they won't hear it again.

I noticed they upped the "eye candy" factor with what was
essentially a tour of the fleet during the battle.  Noticeable
were the original series Agro-****p, Colonial Movers, _Astral
Queen_, and several other ****ps.  The _Galactica's_ bridge
had much more colourful lighting than in previous seasons,
and Cult's quarters were quite garish.

They also promised Cylon Centurions next week.  What happened
to the _Razor_ old-school Cylons?  Is this another abandoned
plotline?

And why doesn't someone just shoot Kara Thrace?
