I thought the episode basically argued that it didn't matter who was
or wasn't a Cylon.

The Final Four agreed among themselves that it didn't matter they were
Cylons and that they would continue to perform their duties as humans.

Admiral Adama admitted they were no closer to being able to detect who
was a Cylon than the aftermath of the miniseries.

The Colonials should trust Kara Thrace regardless of whether she is or
isn't a Cylon because she's the only one with a clue how to find
Earth.

Her destiny was to find Earth which she did.  Don't expect how she
found it to ever be explained.

Most of the current Colonial leaders are atheists, except Roslin who
became religious when she was on the verge of death from cancer.
