You missed the point, we all know that but the question is why do they
*write* in English ? In many scifi movies or series happening "far
away" they speak english but write in alien languages. In Galactica
the point has been clearly made that they speak English. In a season 3
episode they even refer to "Germanite" as an old foreign language.
