And actually believes Jack came racing up in the Torchwoodmobile minutes
later by coincidence!

Of course, this doesn't tip Gwen off at all.
So I guess Gwen is stupid (duh)

Gwen needs help. She doesn't want kids, and she doesn't want anybody
else to join Torchwood. She's got a lot of problems brewing.

Well, squishy backbone, leaving anonymous notes and all.

LOL, good point, they didn't give her enough to do.
She probably fell in love with several of the 'missing' posters.
> + There is nothing in this episode that Owen does that is hateful.
Untrue. He ignored Gwen at the conference table, said 'that's that' and
got up and left like she was just imagining stuff. What else has a dead
guy got to do?

I can see where Gwen doesn't look at the regular cop re****ts any more,
and Jack kept Torchwood from noticing it, but how did ANDY not know?

people?
What the hell was the 'it never occured to us anything might go INTO the
rift business?' in the first place? We've seen lots of stuff go into
the rift.

He got aboard the last ****p leaving the planet, but who gave him a ride
back to Earth is a question.

dynamics
Big time. But it makes me wonder -- Jack knew, Lanto knew. Did
EVERYBODY else know, which would explain why Owen was so quick to blow
her off?

Yeah, that was a 'wtf' moment. Especially since the one story we heard
didn't have the rift returning the boy; he got a ride in a space****p and
then a time machine.
The elephant in the room for me is: Why the hell didn't they give the
boy's mother the amnesia drug? She found out all about Torchwood and
the secret facility and she didn't WANT to know. She was BEGGING to
forget. She's not going to visit the son again. She's mad at them, and
knows their secrets (and blames them for no good reason). Being as they
dosed Gwen's entire wedding 'cause something creepy was running around,
you'd think this would be the prototype case for drugging somebody. Or
offering them the drug, to take voluntarily.
So I guess Gwen is stupid (duh)
