A "show".
(It may be a show with continuity, that is, one with a status quo
that is not static, and requires watching several episodes rather
than picking it up from the theme song, ("It's the story of a man
named Brady...") but, then, any situation comedy with a pregnancy
introduces continuity, and I can just imagine the word quickly
being adopted to just mean "a show.")
