Not really. The Christmas Specials are "outside" of the various
proper series, but are collected on DVD with the series that
follows them. "The Christmas Invaion" appears in the Series 2 DVD
set rather than the Series 1 set, and "The Runaway Bride" appears
in the Series 3 set rather than the Series 2 set. So "Voyage of
the Damned will be bundled with Series 4.

It takes place between the end of S3 and the beginning of S4. How
does that make it out of order?
