Pegasus Six was named "Gina" -- she blew up Cloud Nine and appears to
be different from other Sixes, if for no other reason than because she
was repeatedly tortured and raped by the Pegasus crew for months. I
assume that when you refer to "Sheila" you mean "Shelly Godfrey," the
Six model who accused Baltar of treason and tried to seduce Adama. I
don't think we ever saw this version of Six again after that episode.

I think that Council Six is actually Caprica Six. Gina/Pegasus Six
died when she set off the nuke and I don't believe she ever had a
chance to download herself into a new body.
