Actually, Viki did it to him. After he kept talking about how much
better off she would be at a boarding school, she wanted to kill him.
When they were making love in the Crane mausoleum after Theresa's
funeral (classy) they went to sleep on a tomb. That was when he was
attacked. They both had a mask over their faces and Esme was trying
to sleep, but didn't see anything. During the Viki goes wild attack,
she detached his member...
Later, Eve, the only doctor around who can perform this kind of
surgery, even though her license and hospital priveliges were
suspended and she was drunk, was called to reattch it. She chopped it
in half and put it on upside down. All the script from last week was
hilarious.
