Yeah, the whole "did Jack meet the Night Travellers before" backstory 
didn't make sense to me, but then it was so poorly written and presented 
that it's actually defensible simply because it's so vague so I didn't 
get into it.

yeah, what the hell was that?  I thought they used the same footage of 
the evil strong make and Jack interchangeably.  I was sure Jack 
travelled with them as their strong man and then it all fell apart.  
Glad you noticed it too.
