Evidence was on the screen. If you have proof to the contrary I may 
consider my opnion - on Lost - not on X-Files since Carter admitted it 
recently at a recent press conference for the new x-files, they never 
had a plan, because as he said they the powers that be can't replace you 
- there is no battleplan for someone else to follow (his thoughts not 
mine)
